I’m a former corporate communications and public relations consultant and executive advisor with over 12 years working with executive leaders and small business owners, turned entrepreneur and ICF certified coach.

For the last two years, I’ve been focused on transforming my own life by building a business and a lifestyle that allow me to live an abundant life rich in the things that matter most to me….adventure, fitness, travel, family time, supporting local entrepreneurs, being in nature, pushing myself to learn and grow, and encouraging others to create the life of their dreams! Having taken the hard road to choose the other path myself, I am passionate about and am dedicating my life and work to helping others with their own journeys of choosing the other path!
